Dr. Nicole Harford, DC
Dr. Nicole Harford seeks to improve her chiropractic patients' health and wellness in all areas of their lives. She likes to treat the "whole person" in her work as a chiropractor, which means looking for the underlying causes of disease, discomfort, and pain. Under Dr. Harford's supervision and care, patients report higher functioning in all areas of their lives. She uses a diversified technique that involves spinal and extremity manipulation. She also uses myofascial active release therapy, physiotherapy, modality/exercises for rehabilitation of patients.
Dr. Harford completed her undergraduate degree at the Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology in 1994. Dr. Harford was initially enrolled in the pre med program but quickly changed her career path to chiropractic school after visiting a Chiropractor for the first time. Suffering with a severe headache she was amazed how chiropractic treatment relieved her pain. Dr. Harford went on to attend Southern California University of Health Sciences (formally Los Angeles College of Chiropractic) and received her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in December 1999. Dr. Harford has been practicing in Bermuda for over 15 years and is very passionate about chiropractic and overall wellness.
Dr. Danielle Miller, DC
Dr. Miller completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Western Ontario in Canada, with an Honors Bachelor of Arts/Specialization in Kinesiology. She then obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from The Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in June of 2011. She since has acquired extensive experience working across Canada, Liberia, Uganda, Namibia, Bermuda and China.
Dr. Miller’s diversified approach has been honed by the varied range of ailments that she has been exposed to, and has experience in treating. She utilizes spinal and extremity adjusting, several soft tissue techniques (Active/Muscle Release Therapy, Graston), modalities (Shockwave Therapy, IFC, Ultrasound), and athletic taping strategies. Rehabilitation, functional assessment, and ergonomic education are also major constituents of her approach. Dr. Miller treats a wide variety of patients, including children, the elderly, pregnant women, and professional athletes.
Teshea Pitt, Massage Therapist/Shiatsu Therapist
Teshea Pitt is an experienced Certified Massage Therapist of 8 years, and a member of the Bermuda Massage Therapy Association. She studied at Lincoln College of Technology in Nevada, obtained her diploma in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. After 6 years of massage therapy experience, she went to Toronto, Canada to complete a 2 year program at The Shiatsu School of Canada, the highest level of Shiatsu training outside of Japan. She graduated with her diploma June 2015. Teshea has also received a great deal of training in Traditional Chinese Medicine throughout her program at The Shiatsu School of Canada, along with various other holistic therapies. With her extensive and varied training and experience, Teshea is excited to apply her knowledge towards improving her clients’ health and to share her holistic approach to healing.
